Job Description

Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
Production balancing, Process engineering.
Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures. Fine-tune process, suggest work aids and attachments.
To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
Participate in the production planning.
Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
Develop an IE team Train the production (wash) team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
To co - ordinate with washing department for improving their working procedures
Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV

Age 28 to 38 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Experience in GSD environment/ GSD certificate
Verbal and written correspondence in English.
Should have experience in the Washing, Inspection, Floor Management,
Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership ability.
Well familiar with folders, all kind of work aids, operation, modification etc.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
