Job Description

Head the IE team of a reputed leather manufacturing company
Responsible for creating & leading the Industrial engineering team across the group of companies
Implement Industrial engineering practices & systems across the organization
Set up KPI of the operations & monitor them on a periodic basis
Implementing various improvement projects across the group
Motivate & drive the team to achieve the operational goal of the organization
Lead the team & bring changes
Change management
Communicating to down the line team

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years
    Candidate should have an exposure to lean manufacturing

    Certification on Pro SMV is an added advantage
    Candidate should be willing to visit / travel to multiple units of the group companies
