Job Description

Leading a team of 4 to 5 merchandisers.
Ensure all samples are made in time, coordination with customers / buying houses
Maintaining all records of the department.
Intimating production team and sampling team for approved samples, production labels, tags, fabric etc.
Coordinate / Interacting with buyer for new orders
Get necessary approvals from buyer before commencing bulk production
Coordinating with sampling department for developing new sample as per buyer requirement.
Coordination with various departments for on time shipments
Communicate with buying houses, customers
Fabric sourcing, follow up with different departments within the company
Able to develop samples in-house, maintaining complete records.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech or B.E or Diploma textile with relevant experience of 10 to 15 years
Candidate should have work experience only in home textile, made ups, home furnishing or in buying houses.
Candidate should have good knowledge about ERP, export house activities, fabric, dyeing and printing.
Candidate should be able to lead a team of merchandisers and should have handled the responsibility from sample development to follow up for timely shipment.
