Job Description

You will be responsible for the entire quality function at plant.
You will ensure that the orders are delivered as per quality standards.
You monitor buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects prior to the external final inspection.
You ensure the shipment pass rates and are jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets.
You highlight and act upon any deviations from prescribed quality standards and will develop, maintain and implement quality systems, processes and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

You hold a Degree or a professional/academic qualification in Garment Technology.
A diploma in clothing technology/quality assurance is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the industry is required.
You understand fabric, trims and garments with various finishes and QA practices and posses knowledge in constructions, patterns, sampling and safety procedures.
