Job Description

Conducting various trials & making small samples first before implementing in the bulk.
Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manuals
Look after the quality aspects in process, weaving and CSP departments
Setting customer service standards
Investigating and setting standards for quality / health and safety
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Certification and technical compliance as per buyer requirement.
To maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the SOPs
All activities related with respect to inspection and testing

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in textile quality section
    Candidate should have fundamental knowledge of SAP operations handling and basic understanding of Incoming, in process and out going of materials quality control
    Candidate should have quality consciousness, strategic thinking / envisioning
