Job Description
Sourcing and purchasing different types of dyes chemical/ yarns cotton, Linen, Texturised, P/V, P/W and Fancy, Selvedge.Sourcing of certain key imported materials and timely redistribution to all units for ensuring smooth production.Track and maintain inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plantCreating comparative charts w.r.t. Rate & Delivery, Quality of the vendors.Coordinate with vendors as per buyer's requirement and meet every old and develop new venders for yarns with negotiable prices.To take price quotation from different supplier, negotiate with the vendor and finalization of orders.To strictly follow-up to vendors for material and the follow-up with SQC for the quality of yarn.To raise complaints against yarn quality, ensure maximum level of profit from the vendor and follow-up till close up of complaints.To make realistic TNA for onetime yarn in-house, planning and monitoring of the Yarn Inventory.Good knowledge on different types of yarn compositions.Incumbent should have advance price Negotiations skills.Should have familiar with ERP software.Capable to work with under pressure.Good commands on English.
