Primary Responsibilities:To revolutionize our organisation for exponential growth byBranding Texperts in the Textile and Retail world as a reliable SOURCING & MARKETING partner.Communicating effectively by using online and offline tools.Being a source of knowledge for all relevant information on textiles.Participating actively in product, process innovation and new market developmentMarketing Scope:Communication about our organization with our partners / stakeholders (customers/suppliers/associates/financial institutions/ career aspirants ), Participating at various Textile Seminars, Paper Presentations/Articles on Textile Innovations/technologies, Guest faculties in various reputed textile/Management Institutes.Participating in Exhibitions / Trade fairs across different geographies of world, after evaluating the potential of business in that particular country.Research & Development Scope:To acquire and disseminate relevant information and knowledge to internal team as well as customers/suppliers/associates. It covers macro level research on trade blocs, anti-dumping/anti subsidy investigations, PTA/FTA, import/export statistics, port data analysis, and information pertaining to product, technology or processes. It also includes micro level findings such as supplier search, product search, customer search, identifying market potential. Updating on logistics, shipping line, freight rates etc.To evaluate budget of participation in every exhibition or buyer seller meet. Evaluating the results of marketing budgets, port data purchase.To continuously upgrade the sales team on day to day, week to week, month on month or any such intervals about the raw material movements, currency, demand and supply to enable them to be genuine and work as a partner with their customer or suppliers and contribute in promoting their business.Exploring and continuously upgrading on new products, technology and processes.
