Job Description

It is a multifaceted role.
The incumbent will be called upon to support and grow our traditional export business and also to help grow our brand in India.
The role will certainly grow and evolve based on the interests of the incumbent and needs of the business. However, here are some of the structured tasks the incumbent will be expected to carry out:
Manufacturing operations
Talk to the buyers, procure approval of samples and follow up of production, dispatch, shipment
Manage merchandising process i.e., from sampling till shipment
Preparation of material required for production like ordering yarn, trims, accessories
Processing & execution of orders with quality team and factory’s production team
Participating in B2B exhibitions in India, US and Europe to source business to source orders
Sourcing of materials for new development, new sample development
Reporting everyday as the process flows
Retail & E commerce
Business development with new premium/ designer stores
Manage relationship with existing retail partners
Publish and manage content across multiple websites/ social media management
Coordinate shooting, uploading and maintaining all site photography
Manage inventory and sales files
Follow up with accounts team to ensure invoices are sent on time to different websites
Payments follow up
Incumbents might be required to travel internationally, though infrequently.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with relevant experience up to 5 years. Freshers may apply.
We are looking for smart, energetic and young individuals (preferably women) who can think strategically and most importantly execute. Applicants should be based in Mumbai and preferably come from a textile back ground (though this is not compulsory).
Incumbents need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
