Job Description

Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates.
Order Follow-up / Coordination.
Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Review and confirm Purchase Orders.
Handle customers' inquiries/ requirements.
Monitor and check production status.
Follow up planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Graduate from any discipline or MBA/ Merchandising degree from any reputed university will get preference.
