Job Description
Follow-up for art work development with account merchandisers and same follow-up with suppliers to provide required art work to merchandisers on time.To coordinate with Merchandiser for approvals on time.Follow-up with suppliers for sampling of new development in accessories.Doing R&D to finalize packaging for orders & development.After R&D providing description/quality to account merchandiser.Checking accessories entries on ERP to ensure that entered sizes/quality/descriptions are correct as per buyer specification.All accessories are checked with Management on ERP and after that taking approval on ERP to proceed for purchase order.Negotiation with suppliers for rate.Reviewing purchase order to ensure quantity, description, sizes, qualities are correct. Supplier visit for new development and current orders.In-house accessories Quality checking with standard.Checking accessories GRN's before handover to supplier.
