Job Description

Should be skilled enough to handle from order execution to order implementation till shipment .
Should be expert to face the buyers at any situation.
Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
Monitor the production status and progress and solve the issues related.
Ensure that the qualities are met.
Monitor regular booking/delivery of fabric, accessories and other related trims in accordance with shipment schedule and commitment with buyer.
All the approval from buyer end is coming in a pre-schedule way.

Key Skill

Merchandising,Garments.
Good understanding of garment production, leadership capabilities, target oriented Proactive, hardworking, patient and innovative.
Good communicative skill both in written and spoken (Bangla & English).
Excellent knowledge in computer.
