Job Description

Production and maintenance related all activities for Open End Spinning
Production Planning, QA, QC,
Development of new products
Monitor the inventory and maintain the correct inventory by timely procurement of spares
Monitor budget periodically
Getting maximum efficiency of the machines at each stage of the process without deviating quality parameters .
Record the shift production data.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
Attend breakdowns
Suggest improvement in mechanical issues
Maintain department and machine cleanliness
Allocation of jobs on day to day basis
Plan all maintenance activity
Carry out maintenance as per budget
Adhere strict inventory control mechanism
