Job Description
To plan execute and follow up the activities from Gray fabric to Finishing.To prepare & monitor Time & Action Plan (T&A)To prepare monthly and weekly inspections plan & control.Ensure right time ship out the goods.To follow up and control weekly sewing, cutting& finishing production plan.Having sound knowledge on Dyes, Chemicals, and Vessels etc.To submit weekly supply chain materials requirements and follow up.To find out the root cause for failing the plan achievement and keep it consider for further planning.To prepare all necessary reports & submit the same to all concerned merchants, Sourcing Department & Factory management.To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.Monthly floor wise budget & target fixed up and submit to relevant department.Maintain prompt & effective communication with other concerned departments and the assigned production floor management.Sound knowledge regarding the minimization of extra usage of resources.
