Job Description
Overall Procurement responsibility of Large Manufacturing Factory.Collect quotations, prepare comparative analysis, arrange procurement meetings & prepare minutesWill be responsible to Purchase Trims, Accessories, Stationary, and Raw material for Garments related products.Take approval from concern authority as per Delegation of AuthorityEnsure effective procurement both foreign & local.Issue work order to selected vendor.Take clearance from concern personnel for payment procedure.Ensure procurement compliance as per procurement policy.Coordinate with other departments for justified spare parts, requisitions and supplies.Arrange yearly vendor enlistment & evaluation to ensure quality vendor on board.Able to prepare supply chain plan for Raw Materials, Finished Goods etc and execution monitoring of the plan.Maintain & update vendor database.Maintain good relationship with all enlisted vendor.English speaking, reading and writing must.Computer knowledge must.Good communication skills.
