Product development to make innovative products as per the trend set upWorking on season wise collection as per the latest trend & presenting the new range with the new unique fabrics and samples to the buyers.Interacting with key influences among clients for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.Replicate / re-engineering the products as per the brands requirements to fit in to the price range and its performance with the best appeal, hand feel and quality as per the end use.Interacting with buyers to identify specifications given for the product.Overseeing design & development of the samples at vendors end & obtaining approvals from buyers.Order coordination with buyers and exportersClosing the PPM prior in order to build the WIP and meet the delivery of the productCoordination with production department for timely execution of the ordersCoordination with the sourcing team for fabric procurementCoordination with QA to ensure proper adherence to the quality norms lay down by the buyersMeeting the delivery as per requirementProviding technical and commercial support to sourcing team and design team with the desired quality and compliance
