Job Description

Cross check with QA whether correct style file, sample and trim card has been collected for production start.
Ensure Operator allocation according to IE layout.
Attend the meeting in the line along with line QA about the PPM information.
Take input according to carton ratio.
Monitoring the production.
Maintain line feeding procedure.
Keep specific paper under the feed of machine to trace out oil dropping issue
Ensure the bin management (input and packing)
Ensure the bundle procedure according to IE direction.
Ensure production sample sew on time and submit to QA for check.
Ensure every day machine cleaning by operator before starting the production and after finishing the job.
