Job Description
As a member of the core team contribute to the development of the organizational plan and together with heads of departments set targets/objectives for departments whilst developing and monitoring the implementation of the same in order to meet agreed organizational objectivesCoordinate with planning in order to ascertain viability of production plansEnsure timely conduct of the daily production meeting and discuss/follow up issues until resolvedInvestigate/review all sewing operations, identify failures and implement permanent corrective action in production process in order to minimize product variationContribute to the improvement of production process through continuous improvement initiatives Analyse training needs for special operations/attachment requirements and take actions to fulfill the requirements Ensure accurate and timely reporting of output to management via reports
