Job Description

Coordinate supervise and monitor all production and quality related activities in cutting, sewing and finishing departments.
He should ensure maximum plant utilization and maximum plant performance, at targeted costs.
Organise and utilise manpower capacity to the maximum, to ensure that production targets are achieved on a day-to-day basis on the sewing floor.
Do performance appraisal of operators and helpers in sewing floor.
Carry out other related tasks as and when required.
Overall responsibility of quality production and achievement of factory efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

May hold a related bachelor’s degree such as Science, Humanities or Commerce.
Specifically in managing production lines of at least 500 machines producing formal wear.
Age 35 to 45 year(s).
Only males are allowed to apply.
Knowledge of apparel manufacturing techniques, systems and equipment, technical skills, pattern making and computers is essential.
Fluency in English.
PC skills are essential - specifically Excel, Word and E-mail.
Fluency in local language.
