Job Description

Must have woven garments experience to work with major buyers like Wal-Mart, H&M, Benetton, S.Oliver, JCPenney, Charles Vogele, Bestseller, LIDL, Nygard etc.
Ensure quality of garments with minimum cost.
Should be able to do machine layout, time & motion study etc.
To co-ordinate the job activities of the mechanics, work study, production and quality dept. to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring cut, input, output & packing figures.
Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.
Achieving daily targets meeting production plan.
Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities.
We are looking for a real responsible person who is honest and can handle his duty professionally.
Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
