Job Description

Take charge of the complete production planning with materials control
Correspond to various departments in the factory and suppliers to ensure that all the components and process toolings are in place before actual production start
Ensure absolute consistency in production and no stops in line production.
Ensure all materials including suitable dies and patterns, fixtures etc are in place prior to production.
Will liaise with pre-production and development team to ensure manufacturability of a design concept and sign off the design suitability.
Responsible for quality control records like control plan, PPAP, APQP
Interaction with international customers

Eligibility Criteria

B. Tech or B.E with relevant experience of 3 to 7 years.
Candidate should have strong technical knowledge of processing, production and finishing of leather and leather products
Candidate must be the driver for continuous improvement, kaizen and ISO quality system.
Candidate should be well versed in DFMEA, PFMEA and concepts of lean manufacturing systems. Must be conversant with quality control records like, control plan, ppap, apqp.
Candidate should have experience in interacting with international customers and should be fully conversant with present European requirements and legislations
