Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers engaged in sewing, pressing and inspection in the manufacturing departmentInspect and approve the product in accordance with standard swatches, reducing margin of errorsAssist cutting master and manage the cutting departmentTrack and analyze all phase of the transaction cycle from initial order to final productionConsult with company principles on daily basis to discuss the status of garment production and delivery schedulesLead and motivate production staff creating a productive and team spirit environmentPlan, monitor and alter production schedules and deal with production faults and issuesTrain the operators and finishing staffInspect garment qualityManage all production related sketches and drawing and maintain record of specifications for further production activitiesManage outdoor backend activities related to production
