Job Description

Will be responsible for the setting up of Fashion Bags division (In Sikandra, near to Noida) from the scratch. The unit will be 100% EOU.
Will be sketching the correct road map from acquisition of machines to establishing the factory.
Will be responsible for setting up all the required systems, departments, processes etc for smooth running of all the operations
Will be managing the entire workforce of the unit from hiring to training and their efficiency.
Overall incharge of the profitability of the unit once established
Strong reporting to the management of the ongoing project

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post Graduate or MBA/PGDM with relevant experience of 15 to 25 years.
    The candidate must have experience of all the operations required for a Fashion Bags Unit to run.
    The candidate must have good relations with the vendors related to raw materials
    Good Team builder and Team leader with experience in Export operations
