Job Description

Interacting with various agents and manufacturers of a variety of raw materials
Sourcing of numerous materials/accessories used in production/manufacturing of the items being produced at our mills
Creation of alternate vendor data-bank and maintenance of current vendor network
Raising Purchase orders and follow-up
exposure in vendor process audits and improvements
Responsible for vendor selection audits and report preparation
Should be able to identify sources, source finalization and source up-gradation
Manage day-to-day interactions with vendors for progress and closer of suggested improvements
Ask for quotations as per requirements,negotiation and finalization of same
Rising of process amendments on basis of approval notes
Responsible for supplier capacity evaluation
Follow-up with other units and team member for supplier performance evaluation

Note : 1) Company have in-house hostel township with mess facility for family and bachelor both.
2) Company have cab service for staff from Anand Vihar , Vashali, Indra Puram, Vasundhara, Mohan Nagar, Shahibabad, Bhajan Puram Yamuna Vihar, Wazirabad and Tronica City to Khekra Factory.
