Job Description

Purchase of various utility & engineering items.
Purchase of OEM spares
Managing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of material.
Checking of requisitions / purchase indents
Selection of Vendors / Suppliers for the procurement
Preparing price comparison, negotiation with vendors for finalization of prices & order preparation for all Projects.
Vendor development & material planning for spare & consumable items.
Inspection of material
Follow up with suppliers for on time delivery of materials.
Maintaining purchase files and records, keeping end user informed of the progress of their indents in case of delay in obtaining supplies.
