Job Description

Handling volume quantity
Carry out in-line , on-line , mid-line & final inspection
Keeping track of approvals of fit , P.P ,TOP , fabric , trims and accessories
Implementation and spreading awareness of quality systems on production floor and finishing
To ensure quality right from cutting to shipment packing
Handling third party inspection
Organize & Plan daily / weekly / monthly inspections for self and team
Fabric Inspection
Carry out factory audit and follow up on improvement which required
Ensure team discipline and maintain ethical standard
Checking of fit , P.P, size set & sealer
Ensure buyer’s comments and their follow up
To maintain the quality of the product as per buyer’s standard / comments
Control over the quality problem in line
Maintain the quality reports at various stage and implementation on the quality stage by stage

Key Skill

Quality, inspection, P.P., TOP, Fabrics, Garments, Trims, production, shipment,
sizing, reports, pattern making, AQL system

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with relevant experience in knit garments. Candidates should have knowledge of AQL system,technical pattern, MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
