Job Description

Responsible for Bale Management & mixing planning for all unit.
Responsible for Cotton sampling & entry done in ERP(Trash,HVI,Moisture checking.
Responsible for Distribution of cotton as per product.
Responsible for Daily Quality monitoring of all unit.
Responsible for Q.A.Man power planning of all unit.
Responsible for Customer complain & feed back.
Responsible for Process control ,Process checking & optimizing the waste level.
Responsible for Marketing follow up regarding quality.
Responsible To prepare the specs of quality result according to customer requirement.
Responsible for Audit of GOTS follow up.
Responsible for Packing material testing follow up.
Responsible for AMC & Calibration of instrument of QA.
