Job Description
Will be responsible for AQL inspection of garments (Men's wear)Control over the quality problem in line.Maintain the quality reports at various stage and implementation on the quality stage by stageResponsible for the entire quality function.To ensure that the QC file maintained and updatedTo ensure that all components of the product are tested and approved in writing. You will ensure that the orders are delivered as per quality standards. Monitor buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects prior to the external final inspection.Taking care of complaint tracker and ensuring all replies are sent within the same day or maximum within 24 hours .Maintaining a record of all complaints received v/s resolved on everyday basis and ensuring that all debits are settled simultaneously. Ensure the shipment pass rates and are jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets. Highlight and act upon any deviations from prescribed quality standards and will develop, maintain and implement quality systems, processes and procedures.
