rafting and Implementing best quality practices for a Export Made Up Unit
Leading a team of QA / QC
Ensuring total quality control from cutting of fabric, stitching , packing, shipping
Inspections - Inline and Final as per AQL
Co coordinating with QA Teams of buyers
Ensuring Testing and inspections on time for timely shipment
Maintaining records / reports

The company started with exports of 100% cotton fabrics from Kannur in Kerala, and have moved on since, catering to the constantly changing needs of the world economy.

Design -We harness all our energies in creation of innovative designs and come up with two main collections twice a year and other small ones throughout the course of the year. Our design team constantly interact with some of the well-known names from the world home industry who are affiliated to some great known brands to create beautiful products from sheer concepts at the right price.

Flexibility -We cater to all sizes of customers, from one shop start-up to big chains of stores, as flexibility is our USP.

For the Environment – Our constant endeavour is to give our future generations green energy and pollution free world. This philosophy has encouraged us to not only use low impact dyes for our fabrics, but also constantly keep in mind the supply chain that will enable us to procure the right material, including organic as well as BCI cotton. We also take up projects for natural dyed fabrics, which adhere to international standards for colour fastness as well as light fastness.

Keeping Environment clean: All the chemicals used in the entire process cycle of our production meet the REACH standards. We can provide Oekotex 100 certified for the complete product (through our vendor partner ventures) we are GOTS certified company.
We Use polyethylene free polybags or REACH complaint PVC bags, we also Use DMF free silica gel.
