Job Description

Monitor processes for incoming raw material, In-process and final inspection and testing of printed and woven labels, embroidered patches & badges
Handling of customer complaints received in the unit as per the defined procedure
Jointly carry out root cause analysis of the non conformance observed and customer complaints
Site visit for investigation of the customer complaints received, if required
Management of testing laboratory
Competence building in the team
Participation in the daily production meeting and other meetings to highlight the areas of concern related to QA
Calibration of measuring and monitoring devices in the entire unit
Periodic performance appraisal of team and taking corrective actions to improve their performance
Identification of resource requirement for the department and forwarding it to Incharge
Preparation of MIS report related to the function and sending it to unit head

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 9 to 14 years
Candidates from Sonipat or near by location or ready to relocate only need to apply.
