Job Description

Deploy and coordinate best possible combination of fitters and mechanics in case of any breakdown maintenance of production machine with an objective of reducing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
Conduct maintenance operations during unexpected shutdown building infrastructure/ electronics Fixed Asset (FA) service / electric connection
Coordinate best possible combination of fitters and mechanics in case of preventive maintenance of production machine.
Schedule and lead half yearly factory planned maintenance activity by organizing departmental and central engineering fitters
Develop Standard Operating Procedure for different tasks, train the workforce accordingly and providing feed back to the operation and production team regarding critical machine conditions
Develop systematic diagnostic approach for identifying machine element condition using human senses and developing standard operating procedure and checklist for effective and efficient maintenance and to ensure Organizational Health & Safety (OH&S) of th
Execute behavioral based safety through safety contact with the worker on adhoc basis
Facilitate to deploy appropriate manpower to attain different types of Production Machine.
Maintain different Coal Bed Methane (CBM) techniques to avoid unwanted breakdowns of equipments.
Coordinate with different local suppliers for purchase requisition of different high cost imported machine spares
Coach and develop staffs in line with production machine
Participate in Intra/ Inter departmental meeting to enhance efficiency of production machine
