Job Description

Export benefits, procedures,can ensure all documentation follows export regulations to maximise, duty drawbacks, import licenses and other export benefits
Dealing with all shipping companies from Fedex, UPS, private freight forwarders etc -must find best rates and negotiate quickest and best rates with shipping companies for both couriers and commercial shipment
Shipping- LC's, ship through bank to bank and so on and other modes to secure payments
Understand and prepare import bond documentation - know customs clearance procedures
Export / import documentation- able to ensure proper documentation is made and accompanying each export package - commercial or courier - Ensure packing lists and invoices match actual contents in shipment
Ensure timely dispatch to shipping companies or courier companies of shipments so they are sent when supposed to be
Understand and prepare import bond documentation - know customs clearance procedures also can manage and track incoming international packages
Ensure proper delivery to respective person in the company of incoming packages
Export / Import documentation and shipping procedures.
Verify, track and account for all materials or merchandise involved with sustaining the operation of our business.
Involved with logistics throughout the many phases of this process. This process includes acquisition of materials, scheduling physical movement of materials from supplier to destination, overseeing operation of shipping depots and storage facilities, monitoring all in-transit tracking methods, supervising all personnel involved in the shipping process and reconciling and reporting all related activities to appropriate parties.
Communicate with other departments within the company. This may include contact with designer & merchandiser staff

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 8 to 15 years
Candidate must be fluent in writing, speaking & understanding English
Candidate must have background from garments industry/knowledge of hand embroidery and fashion designing
Candidate should have actual experience in shipping and receiving procedures and office management
Candidate must understand and know working of export
Candidate must be highly motivated & enthusiastic
Candidate must be well verse with MS Office & Excel
Candidate must have good interpersonal & communication skill
