Job Description

Coordinate with the tailors and masters for patterns and sample construction
Carry out making trim charts for productions
Meeting business demands In terms of delivery / quality / price.
Follow up on new developments
Reviewing development of fabric placing of orders and initiate necessary follow-up.
Coordinate for garment / fabric testing
Carrying out pre-production meetings with the factory Managers regarding the package date and style.
Creating bill of material BOM
Factory coordination
Coordinate with the production department on the order status.
Assisting in product costing.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 5 to 7 years
Candidate should be internet savvy and should have knowledge of MS office - word / excel / power point etc.
Candidate should have good experience in handling sampling, sourcing, scheduling & monitoring samples at various stages.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of fabrics/ consumption /shade lot segregation/patterns and planning.
Candidate should have hands on approach to monitor the styles in production.
Candidate should have good leadership skills to work together with various departments.
