Operationally plan and oversee production, ensure timely delivery and quality, ability to manage volume orders Work closely with suppliers to co-ordinate sampling and bulk embroidery, printing, finished productsSourcing material / accessories, costing Prospect new vendor development and negotiate prices for job-work Train vendors to meet our quality standards Monitor orders for sharp focus on quality and delivery.Orders will need to be handled from sampling up to shipment.QC check on productsCoordinate and communicate with designers for smooth transition of garment from sampling to productionMaintain and record daily activity to track each pipeline product using MS ExcelPresent project status to the executive management with timely updates Manage the production team to ensure timely delivery of the garment
