Pricing the final product based on prime cost and targeted profit margins decided in brands budget
Looking suppliers from buying and sourcing hand,
Factory production planing vs capacity, inspections, coordination between supplier and company.
Minimize customer complaints through reviews, proper complaint redressal and corrective actions to be implemented on monthly basis.
