Job Description

Designing of Formal wear- shirts, trouser, suits & Blazer.
Season wise range & Merchandise planning for complete category.
Themes / Mood Creation, Mood Boards, Concept Presentations.
Coming up with the Seasons merchandise offerings and Design & Style Integration
Design/sourcing of trims, accessories and packaging. for the category
Sampling and sample follow up for the shirt & bottom category as per deadlines provided
Seasonal Sample range presentation to sales/mktg. team and Management
Monitor fits/ specs, quality aspects on regular basis at the factory.
Prototyping /fit finalization : styling dockets Interaction with factories &pattern master
Actively involved in arriving at Seasons merchandise offerings and Range selection
Continuous fit study and review.
Grids to work on Seasons range
Look Book/Catalogue Creation: Photo shoots and layouts
Inventory management To ensure inventory stays within target levels.
Competition market study, review, feedback and action plan for the same on regular intervals.
Order analyses of fast mover and slow movers and disseminating the data.
Quality Audit Report to be done on regular basis.
New and innovative concept development.
Maintain MIS regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in apparel design/fashion design from reputed institutions like NIFT & NID.
2-7 years of experience in designing apparel for a reputed organization/brand.
Experience in managing a small team of 1 or 2 designer
Team Player.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Team building.
Problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Maintain standards of conduct and work ethics.
