Job Description

Preparation of yearly Budget.
Preparation of Cost Audit records and getting them fully. Audited with certified Cost Auditors of the company.
Preparation of monthly MIS & discussion with TOP executives.
Keeping track of each order right from its inception stage upto its completion.
Country wise / product wise / buyer wise analysis w.r.t profitability and customers potential thereby keeping a virtual track of each and every , old and new buyer.
Daily monitoring of capacity and machine utilization efficiencies of each and every machine installed in various units
Periodic review of rejections, recoveries, wastages & expenses etc.
inventory control reports.
Time to time cost saving activity.
Computation of product cost for new order and new products as per tech. details for price build up and BI implementations.
