Job Description
Assist Line Manager determine DBL Fashion Design Studio's short term goals.Keep the Line Manager fully informed on the condition of all design & related teams working and on all the important factors influencing it.Develop the product portfolio of all the developments executed.Meet deadlines as planned by the HOD and Manager and presenting the collections internally to the teams on a regular and interactive basis before being presented to the customers.Regular reporting to line manager, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs.Vigilance to customers' needs, business movement and competitors' activities to ensure best outcome possible.Ensure the execution is high quality with the rest of team members to maintain the quality of service as planned.Ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints.
