Coordinating with purchase / merchants for import clearance and preparing document to get import certificate from AEPC. Proper maintaining of AEPC IC filling and submitting all BOE which are clear under IC to AEPCWorks involving in import customs related activities like checklist verification, duty payment & clearance activities.Preparing import customs clearance docs & E sugam.Buyers online ERP entry to be made on time.Clear understanding of customer SOP with the department head and follow up on the same. Works involve in collecting the quote & freight negotiation for imports.Timely submission of Import / post shipment documents to finance department.Updating the Local charges for MIS reports.Checking of L/C terms & condition. Once received from the buyers for the shipment so that the all shipments were dispatch on time and no discrepancy raised by bank.Maintaining MIS report of all imports. Maintaining interlining stock in warehouse and timely providing the same for production. Timely submitting goods receipt to finance.Stage updating & report generation for all exports.Sending FPS license for registration and tracking all license.Preparing all logistics presentation for management meeting.Providing logistics training to all new employee, existing employee and MTUpdating all new rules and regulation of customs to all staff.Closing query raised by customs.
