Job Description
Prepare process planning for the knitting Unit of a composite garments.Prepare and review production plan with capacity & strength along with ensure timely shipment target.Ensure production target with planned procedure as per production plan.Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and other resources related to production.Ensure cost effective production plan.Continuous monitor and coordinate knitting fabrics are in place.Ensure flexibility of the plan to act/response/adjust as per necessity demand.Liaise and communicate with related concerns (Both directly and indirectly) to ensure smooth productivity.Prepare production report as per necessity.Analyze current stock against upcoming order status.Forecast upcoming order status and plan for manpower & machine requirements for critical orders.Analyze root causes of under-production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation.Any other assignments at the discretion of management.Experience in handling H&M will get preference.Interpersonal and leadership skills.
