Job Description

Urgently looking for a Sr. MANAGER INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for the Liaison office of a leading USA FAHSION RETAIL BRAND @ Bangalore, India.

Should be strong in initiating & leading major business projects and programs with cross functional Business & Functional Leads in Different Locations. He should also be strong in delivering business solutions across the company, defining strategy, approach, benefits, delivery timeframes and project resources along with ability to enforce rigorous and effective program and project management and also should be involved in development of quality assurance processes and standards.
Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) – credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences, ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities, strong leadership, analytical and problems solving abilities, effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines, excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Fashion, Business or International Trade.
    Prefer a professional with Apparel or supply chain background.
    Expertise in evaluating business growth prospects in various countries / regions, business process re-engineering, budget forecasting, etc.
    Should be strong in initiating & leading major business projects and programs with cross functional Business & Functional Leads in Different Locations. He should also be strong in delivering business solutions across the company, defining strategy, approach, benefits, delivery timeframes and project resources along with ability to enforce rigorous and effective program and project management and also should be involved in development of quality assurance processes and standards.
    This will require him to work closely with key business stakeholders to deliver different solutions to meet the business goals by leading and providing support in prioritization, project management, delivery planning and approach
