Job Description
Working for new buyer development.Follow up sample development programs till to shipment.Coordinating Production Planning Team regarding delivery, on time shipment and updating order status to buyers.Understand and follow up customer procedures for order execution.Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, Follow up the planning/production /commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer.Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues.Liaison with the buyers, garments factories, & commercial regarding any issues till the shipment.Order wise Cost breakdown calculation.
