Store keeping with a garment export house. Maintain records, order bulk / sampling stockMaintaining the ledgers, knowledge of fabric / dying / printing / embroideryManage the suppliers, manage day to day activities in storeContact with other departments for daily work co-ordination. Preparation of MIS for presenting to director.Consumption record, coordination with production & arrange the material on time, Handling quality of fabric / material.Complete charge of store department and coordinating all work.Receive the material as per purchase order / invoice / challans etc.Preparing challansPhysical verification of quantity as per stock / ledger.Maintain of inventory control & implementation of FIFO, stock verification.Responsible for materials verification report & materials receipt.
