Handle a team of QC (Quality Checker)
Judge capabilities of a QC & allocate work as per the caliber of QC
Training to QCs
Plan QC for larger productions
Monitor QC production hourly basis
Multitasking and understanding of priorities for given task
Managing as well as motivating the QCs

Candidate should have good knowledge on garment construction especially for western wear & embroideries
Candidate should have knowledge of hand embroidery and beading
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Candidate should have great organizational and coordinating skills
Candidate must have good knowledge of MS office and stitched finished garments
