Job Description

Manufacturing activities which include: product improvement, planning of raw material flow & helping procurement of spare parts, colors and chemicals, production planning, maintenance facilitation, production control and quality assurance
Lead sectional managers and supervisors in fabric dyeing, printing, design preparations
and screen making, fabric preparations and finishing for most satisfactory quality
production
Ensure continuous performance improvement by involving all players and using all suitable
productivity tools and new technologies
Work with all concerned seniors and subordinates, both within and cross divisions to develop
production system that effectively respond to the needs of the market, meet the satisfied cost
structure and strengthen our brand competitiveness
Manage to ensure smooth operations, safety environment, good working practice, employee
morale and high productivity through our people
Work in the level of section manager, reporting to production department manager-fabric printing and technical director

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor degree in Textile Chemistry, Textile Chemical Engineering or any other related field with relevant experience of 7 to 9 years
    Candidate should be Thai national between age group of 28-45 years with well-matured personality
    Expatriates with strong Thai communication skills are also welcomed
    Candidate should have direct proven experience in textile plant, ideally in a home textile or cotton textile production industry, minimum 3 years of which must be in managerial level
    Candidate should have good knowledge in day to day factory administration and control, strong leadership with sharp presentation and convincing ability
    Candidate should have high maturity with good interpersonal skills and should be results-oriented, self-driven with high job dedication and commitment
    Proficiency in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage
