Job Description
Monitoring the activities of all the IAA staff with respect to their integrity, performance and attitude. Preventing corruption and bribery. Investigating integrity issues in IAA and Testing as and when assigned. Perform analysis of the inspection and audit results to identify suspicious cases. Closely monitor the services of the suspicious staff / factories and alert the Supervisors for the next steps.Perform Phone Call Audits - Communicating with factory representatives to check performances of inspectors or auditors and collect factories suggestions.Perform Surprise Factory Visits Verifying the inspection / Audit process to ensure compliance with the requirements. Investigate integrity issues - Collecting evidences from factories and inspectors or auditors.Completing other duties from Integrity Manager and supervisors. High level of integrityGraduate / Diploma in Textile Technology. Minimum 2 to 3 years of Inspection experience in an apparel industry or other 3rd party companies and in a position of a supervisor / Asst. supervisor level. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and proven project management capabilities.Systematic, methodical and logical approach to problem solving.Superior attention to detail with ability to analyze and problem solving, and follow-up with solutions in a time sensitive environment.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and local language.
