Job Description

Should be performing the following activities:

Employees Welfare
Employee Relations
Grievance Handling
5S and Kaizen
Mediation & Advocacy

Employee Relation:-
Shop floor visit daily.
Part of management Representative Team in Long Term Settlement.
Co-ordination Works Committee, Health& Safety Committee.
Implementation of award scheme as Arrange Picnic, Long Service Award, Suggestion Award, Attendance Award, Annual Day & Best Employee Award.
Counselling / Grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating, Employee Satisfaction.
Discussing & negotiating with employees for issues related to work (employees discipline, employees deployment and other IR issues), etc.
Issue uniform and shoes to employees.
Med claim Insurance to all ESI crossed employees and Accident policy of all employees
