Job Description

We want you to lead and develop the technical vision of Trident and help implement it.
You will form a clear vision of the long term direction.
Work in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the companys culture, mission and values.
Understand of the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
Use technology to enhance the companys product offerings
Establish the companys technical vision and lead all aspects of the companys technological development.
Stay updated with current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
Anticipate problems and develops contingencies
Responsive to the changing dynamics of both internal and external environments
