Job Description

Designing of trouser ranges
Season wise Merchandise planning for complete trouser category.
Design/sourcing of trims, accessories and packaging. for the category.
Sampling and sample follow up for the trouser category as per deadlines provided.
Continuous Fit study and review.
Issue WO for all design's.
Monitor fits/ specs, quality aspects on regular basis at the factory.
Maintain inventory of trims.
Competition market study, review, feedback and action plan for the same on regular intervals.
Quality Audit Report to be done on regular basis.
New and innovative concept development.
Maintain MIS regularly.
