Job Description
Proper analysis and review of machine wise production, production losses, product details, process loss & Re-Process, quality wise packing, variable cost and profitability.To take care of preventive maintenance of machines.Execution of production to incorporate P.P.C. and deliver as per delivery schedule.Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets.Looking after day-to-day activities at each section in department.Proper handling of machines of continuous range (i.e. C.P.B, C.D.R., E-CONTROL OR PAD-DRY, SOAPER and MXL)Working with Right first time Quality & Reproducibility of Lab to Bulk & Bulk to Bulk.Preparation of Work In Progress (WIP) report on daily basis.Conducting training of workers.
