Responsible for New Development of Fabric (R&D), Fabric Planning, Merchandising, Product development,
Lab Testing & Quality control, Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Compacting, and Vendor development, Price Negotiation.
New Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation
Responsible for working with fabric suppliers for various product categories.
Maintaining strong relationship with major fabric suppliers across the country.
Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills.
Cost Control & Team Assessment.
Staff Recruiting & Training
